Full Business Systemisation

HOW I SYSTEMISE YOUR BUSINESS TO PUT YOU BACK IN FULL CONTROL

This is a there-stage process that will take you from a stressed-out mess to super efficient profitable business.

If your dream is to go from being anxious and constantly chasing money to feeling in complete control or your business, then this is for you.

I will offer you full support in implementing all of the systems, helping you to automate the mundane tasks that drain your time.

3 Stages of Business Systemisation

STAGE 1 – AUDIT

Every business is unique so we will carry out a deep-dive audit on what makes yours tick, to discover exactly where you’re losing money and wasting time.

The in-depth analysis will highlight where your time is best spent and what tasks are swallowing up your valuable resources unnecessarily.

We will pinpoint what your ‘money-making’ duties are and ensure you have the time to do them fully, without distraction.

The 80/20 rule is a successful business system used by many entrepreneurs. We work out the 20% of your business that makes your most money.

The other 80% are essential tasks that you either do not like doing or do not directly make you money. This is where systemisation is key.

Some activities could be outsourced or processes put in place to ensure that they are done efficiently and successfully, without taking up your time.

STAGE 2 – IMPLEMENTATION

This is where we put the system plan in to place.

There are always ways to improve your business, usually by working harder and longer hours.

But we will do this by highlighting exactly where your time is being wasted and where you are leaving money on the table.

This will be the hardest part.

Making changes, delegating tasks and setting parts of your business on autopilot.

Having your back-end systems organised and as automated as possible means your business will tick over nicely – and give you the time to do what you’re best at.

STAGE 3 – OPTIMISE

The final stage.

This is where you start to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

All the adjustments and changes from the previous stages need to be perfected and fine-tuned.

You will now have more time to do what you love and stop wasting money, so you will have extra income to outsource things you don’t want to do or that we do not recommended for systemisation.

Now you can set your business on cruise and sit behind the wheel in full control.

How good does that sound?
